Shabestan news agency reported that Ayatollah Safi Gulpaygani during a meeting with Director of “Wilayat” channel, Hujjat al Islam Hussaini Qazvini, said that currently the most important issue which we are facing; is that, in front of the world the picture of Islam has been presented in a startling way, which is an attempt of abhorring Islam from the world.
He added that Wahabbis are engaged in such activities in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Bahrain and Syria, which defamed Islam.

He said that this thing has got so worse, that if Muslims of some countries are being asked about their religion, they feel reluctant to call themselves Muslims, because in these countries Muslims are identified as a terrorist.

He said that if Wahabbiat will grow in this exponential way, then it would be a threat on the way of world peace. He said that those people who introduce Islam as a religion of killing people, they are guilty of treachery of all divine religions.
